Lifetime Warranty

Lifetime Warranty only applies to CharJenPro ÜCable, Galaxy Foams Pro 3, AirFoams Pro Universal, AirFoams Pro Active V2.0, AirFoams Pro Active V10, AirFoams Pro V20, AirFoams Pro V30. Must register within 7 days of delivery. Does not apply to free promo offers. Have an issue? Contact us through our support page (www.charjenpro.com/support). Must attach a photo of the product showing the issue. Shipping and handling are paid by the customer. If the product is discontinued, the lifetime warranty concludes. Subject to change. Normal Wear & Tea (Ear tips) Over time, moisture and regular use may cause the foam core and outer silicone layer to separate, tear, or lose slow-rebound performance. This is considered normal wear and tear and is not covered under our Lifetime Warranty. We recommend periodic replacement to maintain optimal fit and comfort. Warranty does not cover the following: Customer damage or fault for failing to read the product description. Purchases from unauthorized resellers*. Lost or stolen products. Purchases made over 12 months ago (depending on product exclusion). Non-quality-related issues (after 30 days of purchase). Free products. Heavily discounted promos. Limited 30-day to 365-day warranty. Begins on the purchase date. The warranty will not be renewed after a replacement. If the product was a gift, ask the giver to provide you with a copy of the receipt or claim warranty on your behalf. Products not purchased through our CharJenPro store, Amazon, eBay, Walmart and stores will not be covered. Buy directly from us to avoid counterfeit products and to have a warranty. We are happy to send you FREE replacement parts with FREE SHIPPING (domestic only) with images or video provided by you. Voided if any modifications were made. Wear and tear is not covered. If the wrong size/color was ordered and the package was opened, a 15% restocking fee applies. Return shipping is not covered.
